About

I am a realtor for so many reasons.  Have you ever taken a path in life and wondered how that "other path" may have looked?  I have loved my career of over 25 years, working in corporate finance and project management with both very small startups and some of the largest companies in the world.  I've worked as an employee, as a manager, and I've had my own company as well.  All those years, that other path - working in real estate - lurked in the recesses of my mind.

As a native, 4th-generation Californian,  I am blessed to have lived in San Diego County for the past 23 years with family:  I am married to an amazing man, and mother of two wonderful adult children.  But as my retirement years met their college years, I found myself staring at an abundance of free time.  Something I know about myself - I am not great at being idle.

Giving back to the community and sharing our gifts is of great importance me, and I've spent an increasing amount of time doing just that.   Over the years, it has been a privilege and an honor to give much of my time and resources to local schools - whether it be fundraising, running a high school Peer Tutoring program on campus, or serving in so many other ways.

Retirement has allowed me time to serve in more arenas.  On the Grants Committee for the Escondido Community Foundation,  I am able to have a direct impact on the future of my own community.  As Treasurer of The Thumbprint Project Foundation, I am able to work alongside the Salvation Army and several amazing individuals to give a better future for children rendered homeless due to domestic violence.  Of course, since sharing my faith is another priority for me, I've served for years as a group leader in Bible Study Fellowship, and remained active in my church.

That other path worked it's way to the forefront of my mind, so I decided a few years ago to jump in with both feet.  For me, it is a perfect culmination of using my time to satisfy my desire to serve others, while also sharing in their joy of a new home.  It is so much more than helping people in my life to buy and sell their home; I get to make an impact in their lives. What's more, it feels like a natural fit because I can borrow from the business skills I've developed during my "working" years.  I see my opportunity as a realtor to help friends , old and new, as an honor.  It's a good life!

What Clients Are Saying

Suzanne was fantastic, very detailed and responsive. We found several homes that we liked and made offers on. Suzanne helped us do the appropriate comparisons for similar properties so that we could come up with fair price offers. I am happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

I have bought and sold a lot of homes, and Suzanne is the best real estate agent I’ve worked with!  She communicates well and her research abilities are beyond compare.

We sold our previous house and bought a beautiful home with the help of Suzanne Kindschi in 2018.  Suzanne was so easy to work with, made herself available whenever we needed her, and was the most professional realtor we've ever worked with.  She is an extremely hard worker and so dedicated to helping her clients.  She always respected our point of view as the homeowner when we were selling and gave us great advice when we were the buyers.  She has a wonderfully positive attitude and is always fun to be around.  I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to either buy or sell a home.
